Project Hints Make a Presentation
Important: Make a Presentation project is made up of 3 parts. You (students) have to
1. Prepare IE DO/SHOW PLANNIG OF TWO POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS
2. Deliver TWO POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS
3. Review TWO POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONSUse variety in terms of CONTENT, DESIGN in BOTH the POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONSThe TWO POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS are to made/designed in PowerPoint Software and printed in 4-6 HANDOUTS (IN PRINT COMMAND)
Include pictures, sound, videos if possible for quality presentations.
Topic of Presentation: Topic is about the ORIENTATION SESSION for the 35 students (who have enrolled in CER IV in Marketing Course)
The ORIENTATION SESSION to be conducted, presented by YOU (ie the students) is to make the new 35 enrolled students FAMILIAR with the ABC college, its facilities and procedures and important legislations. The ORIENTATION SESSION is to be presented by you using the PowerPoint presentations.
PART 1
a) A plan for the presentation including introduction, body and conclusion…..
Planning a PowerPoint presentation is an important step before creating it. Planning for ABC College Presentation will help me decide on the content and the order in which the slides will be presented. I will be using the following steps as a guide in planning my presentation.
1. Determine the Purpose of the Presentation
In my project, it is a presentation Orientation session for newly enrolled students.
2. Determine the Presentation’s Audience
(Here pl show audience type)
3. Gather Your Information
Include all necessary facts and details for the students they need like course details, units, class-timings other details.
4. Include details like: purpose, location, contact details, facilities, course, time tables, college policies, procedures. (Include details from Part 1 Question a)
5. Create the Presentation
When creating the slides, be consistent in your choice of background colors, fonts, transitions,…
